Matrix grid by size

View all implant stock in a visual matrix grid — rows are lengths (6–15mm), columns are diameters. Stock count badges on every cell. Tap + to receive for that exact size.

UDI barcode scan

Scan the UDI barcode from the implant packaging — brand, REF, diameter, length, lot number, and expiry auto-fill instantly using the browser camera.

Patient placement records

Record every implant placed — patient name, chart ID, tooth number, jaw position, placing doctor, referring doctor, date, and cost. FEFO batch auto-selected.

Lot recall search

Enter any lot number — instantly see every patient who received an implant from that batch. Mark recalls open or resolved per patient. Compliance in seconds.

Consignment tracking

Flag implants as vendor-owned (consignment). Consignment stock is tracked separately — purple badge on the matrix — and ownership transfers automatically on placement.

Placement reports

Four dedicated reports — placements per doctor, spend by brand, expiring implant stock, and stock valuation. All filterable by date and location, CSV exportable.
